About you

As the ide­al can­di­date, you will have the fol­low­ing skills and attributes:

• A high­ly regard­ed ped­a­gog­i­cal leader in a K‑10 school environment.
• Excep­tion­al com­mu­ni­ca­tion, strate­gic, man­age­ment and admin­is­tra­tion skills.
• The abil­i­ty to work col­lab­o­ra­tive­ly with a broad range of key stake­hold­ers, includ­ing mem­bers of CST’s Exec­u­tive, Emmanuel’s Senior Lead­er­ship Team, as well as teach­ing and sup­port staff at the school. 
• A will­ing­ness to under­stand, embrace and nur­ture CST’s core val­ues with an align­ment to the organisation’s State­ment of Faith.
• A com­mit­ment to pro­mot­ing stu­dents’ spir­i­tu­al and aca­d­e­m­ic growth, well­be­ing and resilience. 
• A proven track record of build­ing pos­i­tive cul­ture with­in a school community.

Ben­e­fits

A com­pet­i­tive exec­u­tive salary pack­age includ­ing an inter­state relo­ca­tion allowance will be offered to the suc­cess­ful candidate.

3. The names and con­tact num­bers of at least four (4) con­fi­den­tial ref­er­ees. These must include:

• Applicant’s present or pre­vi­ous employ­er (either Prin­ci­pal or Chair of the School Council/​Board);
• A per­son who is famil­iar with the applicant’s aca­d­e­m­ic and pro­fes­sion­al back­ground and recent experience;
• A per­son who can author­i­ta­tive­ly com­ment on the applicant’s per­son­al qual­i­ties and capac­i­ty to lead;
• Prefer­ably a Pas­tor or Min­is­ter of a church or a per­son able to com­ment on the applicant’s Chris­t­ian faith and spir­i­tu­al leadership.
