An opportunity for teachers starting out in their profession to develop collegial relationships and gain deeper understandings of curriculum and pastoral care.

Beginning teachers often are given lots of information surrounding what makes an effective classroom and teacher.

This series of four sessions are designed to take beginning teachers on a journey of self discovery and reflection of pedagogy. This second session will discuss the physical environment, how to set up a positive classroom climate and culture.

  • 4.2 Manage classroom activities.
