We will look at the requirements of schools working with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), VET teacher requirements, the importance of on-the-job experience and online training delivery.

School-based VET delivery is subject to the same requirements determined by the national VET system as other VET providers. The system is regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) which controls who can train, the requirements for training delivery and the issuing of qualifications and the national training standards that apply. This webinar looks at the requirements of schools working with a Registered Training Provider (RTO), VET teacher requirements, the importance of on-the-job experience and online training delivery. It will include a consideration of risk factors associated with VETiS delivery and how these risks can be managed.
