Overview
IST invites leadership teams from schools to attend a two-day retreat that focuses on strategies to build the capacity of the team to envision, lead and achieve lasting change for a school community.
Content
- Increased understanding of the Australian Professional Standard for Principals.
- Identifying other models of school leadership that complement the Standard.
- Linking innovation to school strategy.
- Exploring the role of the leadership team in:
- Building collegial capacity.
- Designing and delivering innovation.
- Successfully navigating change.
