- their current school reality regarding teacher availability;
- what our current state and national reality is regarding teacher workforce data;
- what is already being done in Tasmania (and beyond) to try and meet the educator workforce shortage in Tasmanian schools and systems; and
- what we could explore further that we are not already doing.
