Strategies for Sustainable Change That Make An Impact - Donna Cross OAM
IST is thrilled to announce Professor Donna Cross, OAM returning to Tasmania for face: face sessions for schools under the Federal Government's Consent and Respectful Relationships funding provision in 2025.
Donna will be running face:face whole day sessions in Terms 1 and 4 and a mid year webinar, facilitating schools to develop strategies that support whole school changes and the building of protective, respectful communities.
During this event, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Consider the characteristics and elements of effective whole-of-school approaches to wellbeing.
- Evaluate how well current whole school policies and processes support wellbeing and respectful relationships.
- Be given strategies to evaluate their school’s readiness to implement change and consider the process of de-implementation of less evidence informed approaches.
- Be guided through effective wellbeing and respectful relationships approaches, policies, and practices, using the foundations of the AISSA Wellbeing Toolkit, to leave with a plan that will support effective implementation at their school.
