This session will be face-to-face in Hobart and streamed live to all other registered participants.

Early Childhood Educators (Infants to Grade 2) should seek not only to meet best practice but to exceed it. To do this, educators must ensure that their practice is embedded in their daily operations, informed by critical reflection, and shaped by meaningful engagement with families and the broader community.

Held in Term 1, Term 2 and Term 3, The Exceed K-2 Learning Community Events will be held on-line and face-to—face simultaneously. Designed to foster a culture of professional learning and growth, each network event will aim to deepening teaching and learning expertise by increasing each participants capacity to reflect, develop skills and knowledge, collaborate and in turn improve children wellbeing and learning. Be informed by research about day-to-day program elements that optimise children’s learning and development.
