Kylie Engisch from CET
Who is speaking
Kylie is a very knowledgeable EAL/D specialist who works within CET Tasmania.
She has very generously offered to deliver a practical workshop that focuses on EAL/D differentiation across subject areas.
The session will cover:
- Planning for EAL/D differentiation
- Embedding startegies to support EAL/d students
- Building the capacity of other teachers within your school to support EAL/D differentiation
- Supporting access to text, listening and vocabulary across subject areas
Please bring along:
- A Hass/Science/English unit of work that you will be teaching in the future. You will be able to develop this unit so that it include planning to cater for the diversity of EAL/D students in your class.
- Your Laptop
